AI only helps tidy the inputs: it reads an enquiry sitting in a phone or a register and proposes the structured fields, and flags a customer name spelled three ways, for a person to confirm. It never owns the record or the figure.
Who signs off
A named person signs off anything touching money, stock, a customer promise, a regulated filing, a payment, a price, a credit decision or a people decision.
What changes day to day
