Chemical Distribution

Connect and automate

The business runs on five or six tools that do not talk: the import or supplier portal, the ERP or accounting system, the godown or tank-farm record, the blending record and the label/SDS generator. A person is the glue, re-typing a bill of entry into the ERP, a dispatch into accounting, a lot into the label system, so the same figure ends up different in two places and the work breaks when that person is away.

Who has it

Import and re-packing or blending houses (import portal, ERP, blending record, label and SDS generator), industrial and specialty chemical distributors (ERP, supplier portal, ledger), and any segment running three or more disconnected systems plus Excel.

What we build

Deterministic, tested integrations between the systems already in place, so an event in one flows to the others on its own, with clear handling when a system is down or a record does not match. This is the "automate so work moves" cousin of the connected data layer's "connect so you can see".

What is automated, where AI helps, who signs off

Automation for the routine. A person on every decision that matters.

The reliable spine

The non-AI spine is the integration logic itself: deterministic, tested flows so an event in one system (a bill of entry, a dispatch, a new lot) writes to the others on its own, with explicit handling when a system is down or a record does not match, and a queue for anything that does not reconcile.

Where AI helps

AI helps only at the mapping seams: where a field in one system does not obviously correspond to another, it proposes the mapping for a person to approve before any flow goes live. It runs no flow and overwrites no record unattended.

Who signs off

A named person signs off anything touching money, stock, a customer promise, a regulated filing, a payment, a price, a credit decision or a people decision.

What changes day to day

An event in one system flows to the others on its own; the team stops being the integration layer; the same figure stops disagreeing across tools; the business finally gets the value of the systems it already pays for.

Illustrative outcome

Re-keying across systems removed; cross-system disagreement eliminated.

Illustrative; final numbers come from your own data.
