The reliable spine
The groundwork is non-AI: one clean depositor and consignor master, one product-and-temperature-band master, one rate master, and the structured booking capture and validation rules that keep them clean and tied to the billing.
Cold Chain & Temperature Logistics
Bookings, rates, depositors and consignors are captured inconsistently and live in heads: a booking sits in one person's phone, a storage or freight rate is quoted from memory, a depositor is spelled three ways, and when that person is on leave the booking goes cold and the rate is forgotten. Nothing reconciles to the billing.
Who has it
Across all segments where the booking and the agreed rate live in one person's phone rather than in a record that ties back to the billing.
What we build
One clean depositor/consignor master, one product-and-temperature-band master, and one rate master (storage, handling, freight, value-added), with structured booking capture so demand is captured once, cleanly, and is visible to the owner and the successor. This is the groundwork the dashboards, billing reconciliation and concierge sit on, so it is usually the quiet first step rather than the headline.

The reliable spine
The groundwork is non-AI: one clean depositor and consignor master, one product-and-temperature-band master, one rate master, and the structured booking capture and validation rules that keep them clean and tied to the billing.
Where AI helps
AI does only bounded matching on the operator's own records, such as spotting that a depositor spelled three ways is one account, for a person to merge. It never sets a rate, confirms a booking or decides what the master record should say.
Who signs off
A named person approves every master merge and signs off the rate and booking records the billing relies on.
What changes day to day
Bookings, rates and depositors stop living in heads and phones; demand is captured once and stays searchable with the agreed rate attached; the booking no longer goes cold when one person is on leave, and the rate finally reconciles to the billing instead of being forgotten.
Illustrative outcome
Capture loss and "what rate did we agree" friction largely removed; the rate record finally ties to the bill.
Illustrative; final numbers come from your own data.
